Bob Ulrich is the former chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Target Corporation. In addition to his role as founding board chairman of the Musical Instrument Museum, Ulrich serves on the boards of 3M, the University of St. Thomas, and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. D. P. Narayana, also known as Darin, serves as a Senior Advisor on Global Treasury and Trade matters at Bank One. Mr. Narayana served as President of Bank One International Corp. Mr. Narayana founded and serves as Chairman at ANSR Source, Inc. He retired from Bank One where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank One International Corporation from 1996 to 2002. He has served as President of the Bankers Association of Trade and Finance, a member of the Advisory Board of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, an advisor to the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee headed by the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown and received a commendation from President Bill Clinton. He serves on the Global Advisory Council of the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Navneet Kapoor leads the transformation agenda at A.P.Moeller Maersk, the world's largest shipping company, and also heads its Global Service Centres. Prior to joining Maersk, Kapoor was the President and Managing Director at Target India, and chairman of the Target India Board. At Target, he was involved in driving the company’s digital transformation. He has also served as an executive council member of NASSCOM, the trade association of Indian companies in the IT and BPO sectors. Navneet has a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Thomas W. Sisson, Co-Founder & CFO ANSR Source, helped establish the ansrgroup of companies in 2003. Mr. Sisson founded ansr to leverage his international experience and help clients access global resources to benefit their businesses. Prior to ansr. Tom developed consumer financial service businesses through various senior finance and business positions. Tom earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame with a major in accountancy and earned his CPA in Illinois.

Mousumi Kapoor is the founder and CEO of Continual Engine. Prior to this, Mousumi Kapoor has worked with GE and GlobalVantedge, building and deploying large scale products at a global level. Mousumi Kapoor has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
